The High Point Team

Hundreds of highly skilled professionals and hard working construction specialists have come together to re-create the High Point Neighborhood. The site entered the initial stages of redevelopment in 2004.

All 716 worn-out public housing units built in the 1940s have been replaced with mixed-income housing for renters and home owners. All 716 public housing units were replaced on a one-for-one basis within Seattle.
